Return, Refunds & Shipping Policy
Returns
If your order is eligible for a pickup, carefully pack the item(s) in question in the same parcel. Pickup will be done within 10 working days from date of initiation. A subsequent replacement / refund will be finalized on a case to case basis once the parcel has been successfully picked up. The complete process will be done within 2 weeks from initiation.
Return of the item(s) will not be acceptable in following cases:
- When item returned is incorrect.
- When an item is damaged because of use / improper packaging or when it is not in the same condition as you received it.
- When anything is missing from the package you've received including labels, original packaging, freebies, gift item(s) and other such item(s).
- When non returnable item(s) are involved.
- When item(s) have been tampered with.
- Refunds will only be approved in case of faulty product packing or miss-delivery.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your payment operator, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
